Power control
Main Aim of the power control is to control interference in the system. it also maximises Capacity in the system.

Open loop: We will control starting power in this PC. So that we can maintain interference & power in the system
Inner Loop: It is also called Fast PC. It takes place at the rate of 1500 . in this PC we ill maintain SIR by controlling Power and interference in the system.
Outer Loop: This is used in connected mode . We can control the quality of the system by maintaining BLER in the System. We also revise the SIR target in inner loop PC to minimise BLER for a particular service.
